Frequently Asked Questions About the Tour

WHEN DO TICKETS FOR THE TOUR GO ON SALE?

Tickets for the Tour are $40 during September and $45 beginning October 1, and will go on sale on this Website in the beginning of September. Tickets purchased online will be e-mailed to you.  Many of our Cultural Heritage Partners will be on the Tour on Saturday and Sunday in addition to Monday, so you can enjoy a 1,2, or 3-day tour!  Tickets are good for the Saturday through Monday 3-day event.


ARE THERE LIMITED TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR THE TOUR?

Yes, there are limited tickets available for this tour, so be sure to purchase your tickets soon.  There is early-bird pricing until October 1.


WHAT IF I ONLY WANT TO ATTEND ONE DAY OF THE TOUR?

We do not have one-day tickets available. Stay as long as you can. Many of our Cultural Heritage Partners will be on the Tour on Saturday and Sunday in addition to Monday, so you can enjoy a 1, 2, or 3-day tour! 


IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED FOR THE TOUR?

This is a self-guided walking tour. Each day the Inns are grouped in a section of downtown St. Augustine. If you are unable to walk the entire tour, we will have a limited trolley - courtesy of Old Town Trolleys - designated just for our tour - 12-4pm on Saturday and Sunday. The trolley will have a special route along the tour, stopping at convenient locations that are near many Inns. However, the trolley does not stop at each Inn, there is some walking involved. 

  
ARE THE TROLLEY AND RESTAURANT SAMPLES AN EXTRA CHARGE?           

No extra charge for the restaurant samples and Trolley on Saturday and Sunday. These are part of your tour ticket price. (However - please note the ticket price DOES NOT include the cost to ride the regular Trolley that gives a full tour of St. Augustine.) 


WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS AND/OR WILL TICKETS BE MAILED TO ME? 

For tickets purchased online, a receipt will be e-mailed to you. You will redeem your receipt at our Information Station at the Lighner Museum Lobby, outside the north end of the Parking Garage, or the first Cultural Partner you visit on the tour, or the first B&B you visit on the tour.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at a select local St. Augustine shop, starting October 1: Rembrandtz Fine Gifts, 131 King Street.

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR?

This is a rain or shine event!


ARE DOGS APPROPRIATE FOR THIS TOUR?

Dogs are not appropriate for this tour. It is best to make other arrangements ahead of time.


WHAT ELSE IS GOING ON IN ST. AUGUSTINE DURING THIS TIME?

The "Nights of Lights" runs from Thanksgiving to the end of January!

The "Regatta of Lights"  is presented on the evening of Saturday, December 10.  Come watch the boat parade anywhere along the waterfront!
