Frequently Asked Questions About the Tour

WHEN DO TICKETS FOR THE 2018 TOUR GO ON SALE?

Tickets for the Tour on Saturday, Sunday, & Monday are $40 during September and $45 beginning October 1, and will go on sale on this Website in the beginning of September. Tickets purchased online will be e-mailed to you. Tickets are good for the Saturday through Monday 3-day event. Many of ourCultural Heritage Partners will be on the Tour on Sunday in addition to Monday.


WHAT IF I ONLY WANT TO ATTEND ONE DAY OF THE TOUR?

We do not have one-day tickets available. Stay as long as you can. In order to enjoy all the Inns and restaurants, House Museums, Art Gallery, History Museum, and the Lightner Museum on tour, please plan to stay for all 3 days of the tour! You will be happy you did!


IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED FOR THE TOUR?

This is a self-guided walking tour. Each day the Inns are grouped in a section of downtown St. Augustine. If you are unable to walk the entire tour, we will have a limited trolley - courtesy of Old Town Trolleys - designated just for our tour - 12-4pm on Saturday and Sunday. The trolley will have a special route along the tour, stopping at convenient locations that are near many Inns. However, the trolley does not stop at each Inn, there is some walking involved. Since the courtesy trolley will not be running on Monday, Old Town Trolley is offering a $10 discount for a full-day tour just for Monday.  Just show your B&B Holiday Tour ticket at any Old Town Trolley ticket location on Monday, December 10 to purchase a discounted Trolley Ticket.  


ARE THE TROLLEY AND RESTAURANT SAMPLES AN EXTRA CHARGE?           

No extra charge for the restaurant samples and Trolley on Saturday and Sunday. These are part of your tour ticket price. (However - please note the ticket price DOES NOT include the cost to ride the regular Trolley that gives a full tour of St. Augustine.) Your B&B Holiday Tour ticket provides a $10 discount for the full Trolley Tour on Monday, to be purchased only on Monday.


WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS AND/OR WILL TICKETS BE MAILED TO ME? 

For tickets purchased online, a receipt will be e-mailed to you. You will redeem your receipt at one of our two Information Stations or the first B&B you visit on the tour.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at select local St. Augustine shops starting October 1: Rembrandtz Fine Gifts, 131 King Street.

WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR?

This is a rain or shine event!


WHAT ELSE IS GOING ON IN ST. AUGUSTINE DURING THIS TIME?

The "Nights of Lights" runs from Thanksgiving to the end of January!

The "Regatta of Boats"  and the Christmas Parade is usually in that Saturday, in December.  Come watch the both parades anywhere along the waterfront!
